1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy is issued by Infra Solutions LLC, a Nevada limited liability company with its principal office at 255 N. Lamb Blvd., Unit A, Las Vegas, NV 89110, United States (“Infra Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are the party responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at team@infrasolutionsllc.com or (432) 416-4396.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal information we collect through infrasolutionsllc.com, through our forms and landing pages, when you call or text us, when you message us on WhatsApp or other messaging services, when you meet one of our consultants in person or at your door, and when a partner or referral source passes your information to us with your permission.

It does not apply to the separate privacy practices of the installation contractors, lenders, utilities, or messaging platforms you may interact with. Those parties handle your information under their own policies.

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, or full financial account numbers through this website or through messaging channels. If a lender requires that information, you provide it to the lender directly through their own secure application, not to us over WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

4. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation.
  • To prepare, deliver, and explain a written proposal for your property.
  • To submit a financing application to a third-party lender you have selected, at your direction.
  • To coordinate installation with the licensed contractor assigned to your project.
  • To send appointment reminders, project updates, and service follow-up.
  • To send promotional messages, only where you have opted in and only until you opt out.
  • To maintain records of your consent to be contacted.
  • To detect fraud, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Automated assistants and artificial intelligence

We use automated software assistants to answer incoming messages, answer routine questions, and book appointments outside of business hours. These assistants process the content of your messages in order to respond to you. You may ask to speak with a person at any time and we will route you to a member of our team. We do not use these assistants to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you; credit decisions are made by third-party lenders, not by us and not by an automated assistant of ours.

6. WhatsApp, SMS, and other messaging channels

We communicate with customers over WhatsApp and SMS text messaging. We only send you messages on these channels after you have given us permission to contact you — for example, by checking starting a chat on our website and giving us your number there, by telling a consultant in person and having it recorded, or by messaging us first.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS or WhatsApp consent with any third party for that third party’s own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers who help us deliver our own messages to you, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

When you message us through WhatsApp, the message is also handled by WhatsApp and Meta under their own terms and privacy policy. Full details of what we send, how often, and how to stop are in our WhatsApp & SMS Messaging Policy.

7. When we share information

  • Installation contractors. When you move forward with a project, we share the information needed to design, permit, and install it with the licensed contractor assigned to your job.
  • Financing partners. When you ask us to submit a financing application, we share the information you provided with the lender you selected.
  • Service providers. Customer relationship management, messaging, hosting, email, scheduling, and analytics vendors who process information on our behalf under contract.
  • Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, or regulator, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
  • Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Cookies and website analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure which pages are used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; parts of the site may stop working correctly if you do.

9. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and consultation records for as long as needed to serve you and then for as long as we are required to keep them for tax, contractual, warranty, and legal-defense purposes, typically no more than seven years after the last interaction. Records of your consent to be contacted are retained for at least four years after you opt out, because we are required to be able to prove that consent existed.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted transmission, and vendor agreements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your choices and rights
