1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of infrasolutionsllc.com and any related pages, forms, and messaging channels operated by Infra Solutions LLC, a Nevada limited liability company located at 255 N. Lamb Blvd., Unit A, Las Vegas, NV 89110, United States. By using the site or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What we do and what we do not do

Infra Solutions LLC is a sales and customer-acquisition organization for residential solar, battery storage, and roofing projects. We conduct consultations, prepare proposals, and originate projects.

  • We are not the installing contractor. Installation, electrical work, roofing work, permitting, and utility interconnection are performed by independently licensed and insured contractors under a separate contract between you and that contractor.
  • We are not a lender, bank, broker, or financial adviser. Financing is offered by independent third parties on their own terms. They make their own credit decisions.
  • We are not a tax adviser. Nothing on this site is tax advice. Eligibility for any credit, rebate, or incentive depends on your own circumstances. Consult a qualified tax professional.

3. Estimates and proposals are not offers of guaranteed results

Production estimates, savings figures, pricing, and timelines shown on this site or in a proposal are estimates based on the information available at the time. Actual results depend on weather, equipment, roof condition, occupancy, utility rate changes, and factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of energy production, utility savings, bill elimination, incentive eligibility, or financing approval. No agreement is binding until you sign a written contract.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about yourself and your property.
  • Confirm you are the property owner, or authorized by the owner, before requesting a proposal.
  • Do not use the site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any system.
  • Do not submit another person’s contact information without their permission.

5. Communications

By providing your contact details you agree we may reply to you. Marketing and automated messaging is governed by the consent you give and by our WhatsApp & SMS Messaging Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time as described there.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its text, layout, graphics, and the Infra Solutions LLC name and logo are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

7. Third-party content and links

The site may link to third-party sites and reference third-party products. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. This section does not limit any warranty contained in a signed contract for actual work.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infra Solutions LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of this site. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infra Solutions LLC from claims, damages, and reasonable attorney fees arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of another person.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This section governs use of the website only; a signed project contract may specify different terms, and that contract controls for that project.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Messaging Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revision.
